Are you wondering about my work experience?<\/strong>
I am an experienced HR Professional, I formerly worked at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada<\/a> (TMMC) in Cambridge, Ontario. I was at TMMC for more than 15 years in Human Resources. There I became a Targeted Selection Interviewer<\/a>, and an HR ERP Specialist (i.e., SAP HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, Spectrum). I was also a subject matter expert tasked with optimizing technical systems, innovating business processes, and leading change management across multiple HR domains. While there I earned a prestigious and competitive Top Suggestion Program Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you wondering about my Career Advising experience?<\/strong>
My Career Development experience includes working as a Career Advisor at Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo Ontario during my CDP practicum. At WLU I supported students and alumni by helping them prepare for behavioural job interviews and strategize ways to stand out in a competitive job market. I provided resume critiques, job search coaching and offered mock interview sessions. During these meetings I helped my clients refine their communication skills, and deliver winning results. While at Toyota, I conducted 1’st interviews for Production Roles and guided the session with a hiring manager partner. I have been offering private career counselling services in Paris, Ontario for over five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My career counselling credentials include earning a CDP Post Graduate Certificate, a Job Developer Certificate, multiple Career Professionals of Canada certifications, and a Mental Health and Resiliency micro-credential. Additionally, I earned a Targeted Selection Interviewer certification while working at Toyota and a Level-B Strong Interest Inventory Assessment certification while working on my post-grad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
